He got back to me straight away; one, two or more of us wasn't quite ready to talk real estate, so I asked him to put us on the back burner. No problem. When we visited in December, we decided it was time to move, so we reached back out to him. He dropped everything and spent the better part of a week showing us listings here, there and everywhere. We decided to build at one of the last places Mario took us. Mario was really great about coordinating between us and the sales agent. He took photos for us so we could see the progress from afar. He had invaluable input at the final walkthrough, and showed up at the closing just to say congratulations. Mario is attentive and knowledgeable. He showed us everything we wanted to see and a few we didn't know we wanted to see. There was no negotiation since we built, but Mario would be the one we'd want on our side of the negotiating table. Next time. I would definitely recommend Mario for buying real estate in Albuquerque.

He is well respected in the market, and by his peers which allows him to help negotiate for you. Mario is always willing to help, and will go the extra mile. Mario is so caring, Personable, compassionate, and thoughtful. Mario is knowledgeable in his profession and dedicated to knowing all things about it. Mario worked for A home building company and it makes him aware of the build quality of the houses he shows and knows what to look for when showing. Mario is also a long time resident of Albuquerque and is knowledgeable about specific neighborhoods and locations. He was so accommodating to us and showed houses on short notice, knowing the market was very competitive and wanting us to see them first. Local knowledge Process expertise Responsiveness Negotiation skills I was in search of a property that I could renovate and then sale. I Google searched realtors in ABQ and I came across L&M Realty Group. Elias called me and we had a quick chat about my needs and what I wanted to achieve. I flew into ABQ and that is when I was introduced to Mario Avila. As this was my first property purchase, I didn't understand the ins and outs that go into it. Mario talked me through EVERYTHING I needed to know. I currently reside in Los Angeles, so Mario was on top of everything. He would send me properties that he thought I was interested in and we narrowed down the search. As I started to pick off the properties I liked and didn't from his list, Mario then had a better understanding of my what I really wanted and he tailored his search to find me the perfect property. We walked around several homes together and he gave his honest opinion on all of them. Mario is completely honest, trustworthy and a brilliant communicator. I heard that property searching is stressful, well with Mario, that wasn't the case.
